I have more than twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and I have life-threatening food allergies. Between my high expectations in regard to service, presentation, and flavor; and my desire to NOT be sent to the hospital when I dine out, I admit that I am not an easy guest to host! My experiences can benefit you. After all, if a restaurant can meet my requirements and please my palate, the average customer stands an even better chance of enjoying a meal there.
